Two ways to start a conversation: book a tailored demo with a domain specialist, or send a general inquiry and we'll route you to the right person. Either way, you'll be talking to an engineer — not a sales rep.
A 30–45 minute working session with a Systainable engineer who knows your industry. We'll walk through a live deployment from a comparable customer and run a back-of-envelope ROI for your throughput.
Have a specific question, want to chat about a partnership, or just exploring? Drop us a short note and we'll route it to the right person — usually within four hours during business hours.
A real human in our nearest regional office reads every demo request. We'll match you with an engineer who knows your industry, sector, and likely use case before we reply.
We confirm receipt and route your request to the regional engineer who knows your industry best.
You receive a tailored agenda for the call, including the customer reference deployment and industry context we'll use.
30–45 minutes. Live SystainSuite walkthrough, industry-specific Q&A, and a back-of-envelope ROI for your throughput.
The more we know upfront, the more useful the call will be. Everything below stays internal — we don't share data with third parties.
Sometimes a 5-minute call is faster than a form. Pick the office closest to your time zone — or the one in your region.

For a single-mill or single-plant deployment: typically 8–16 weeks from kick-off to go-live. Multi-site rollouts (like a group like Aditya Birla deploying across multiple mills) typically run in waves of 3–6 months per site, with a faster cadence as the template stabilises.
Implementation timelines depend on data integration complexity, the modules deployed, and the maturity of existing systems. We'll give you a more accurate estimate after the demo.
Both — depending on what you have. Most of our customers keep their existing ERP (typically SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and SystainSuite sits as an MES/manufacturing intelligence layer between the ERP and the factory floor.
A small number of smaller customers replace older legacy ERPs entirely. We discuss the right approach during the demo, depending on your specific stack.
Pricing is annual subscription based on the modules deployed and the scale of operation (typically tonnes / litres / units of throughput). Single-module implementations start in the low five figures USD per year; full SystainSuite multi-mill deployments range up into six or seven figures.
Most customers see ROI within 6–9 months on water, energy and chemical cost savings alone — before counting productivity or audit benefits. We're happy to walk through pricing during the demo once we understand your scale.
All three. Cloud-hosted on AWS, Azure, or GCP for customers who prefer managed deployment. On-premise for customers with strict data residency or air-gapped operations. Hybrid for customers with mixed requirements (e.g. on-premise factory data, cloud BI).
Most new deployments choose hybrid or cloud — but on-premise is still common in regulated environments.
SystainSuite outputs data formatted for: GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), Higg FEM (SAC environmental module), ZDHC, OEKO-TEX STeP, ISO 14001 and 50001, M&S Plan A, H&M Conscious, and Tesco F&F supplier programmes.
Other brand-specific audit programmes can typically be added with mapping work — we've yet to encounter a major retailer audit format we couldn't accommodate.
Yes. After an initial demo, qualified prospects can request a reference call with a customer in their industry and region. Our existing customers are generally happy to take a 20-minute call from genuine prospective buyers.
We arrange these on a case-by-case basis, in coordination with the customer's preferences.
