What we collect

If you book a technical call we take your name, company, work email and sector. If you download the benchmark report we take your name and work email. We do not buy data about you from anywhere else.

What we do with it

We use it to hold the call, to send the report if you asked for one, and to follow up on that conversation. We do not sell or pass your details to any other company.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for three years. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe, which is one click at the bottom of any email.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@systainable.eu and we will deal with it within a week.
